Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses depending on your location, with most orders shipping from Asia or our international fulfillment centers.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed. You can still return it once received if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During holiday or sale periods, processing times may take a little longer. We do not ship on weekends.
